There are many avenues of design out there - architecture, retail, media and more. Most importantly, your designs are EVERYWHERE. 

The pressure is one because there's a very good chance that everybody is looking at your design right now - and JUDGING. 

So, you may want to be careful. Double check, triple check. Anything you can do to avoid a massive and embarrassing design fuck up.
