Street artist Mobstr used to ride his bike past a typical red wall in London covered in graffiti on his way to work in the morning. He saw for years that when the graffiti got below a certain line, a city employee would cover it with red paint. The unwavering worker would pressure-wash off any graffiti above this pre-established line.
On his website, Mobstr stated, "This prompted the start of an experiment." Over a year, the artist repeatedly played the game of cat and mouse with the worker, who would then remove the graffiti. These two had several lighthearted conversations along the journey, creating an engaging visual narrative with a satisfying conclusion.
