NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER SIGNED BY DONALD TRUMP COULD LEAD TO MILLIONS BEING DEPORTED

Since taking back power, President Donald Trump has issued numerous executive orders, many of which target the millions of undocumented immigrants who reside in the United States. The Republicans signed an order that will result in the deportation of anyone in the country without the required documentation, and the process has already started.

Who is the US 'border czar'?

Firstly, let's clear up what it means - a czar is a person appointed by the government to advise on and coordinate policy in a particular area.

Shortly after the 47th president learned he would be returning to the White House, former US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) director Tom Homan was appointed the Trump administration's "border czar."

The 63-year-old now confirmed to ABC News that anyone in the US illegally is "on the table" for deportation after Trump signed a series of executive orders about foreigners settling in the nation. Homan described how Trump is "sending a strong signal to the world, our border's closed" and how the military has been sent in to assist at the Mexican border.

Tom Homan on deporting illegal immigrants

Co-anchor of This Week, Martha Raddatz replied: "So, is this what we will see every single day, ending in what the president has promised are millions and millions being deported?"

In response, Homan said: "Yes. However, as we widen the gap, you'll notice that the number of arrests across the country will gradually rise. It is currently focusing on threats to national security and public safety. That population is smaller.

"Therefore, President Trump has promised that we will prioritize this. However, more arrests will occur across the country as that aperture opens.

He went on: "It's not acceptable to, you know, break the laws of this country, so if you're in the country illegally, you're on the table. It's important to keep in mind that entering this country illegally constitutes a violation of Title Eight, United States Code 1325.

"So, if you're in a country illegally, you got a problem. And that's why I'm hoping those who are in the country illegally, who have not been ordered removed by the federal judge, should leave."

Executive order: 'Protecting American people against invasion'

Biden's administration is accused in the order of permitting "millions of illegal aliens" to enter the country.

"Many of these illegal aliens pose serious risks to public safety and national security by carrying out horrible and disgusting crimes against defenceless Americans. It claims that other people are involved in hostile activities such as economic espionage, espionage, and planning for acts related to terrorism.

"Their presence in the United States has cost taxpayers billions of dollars at the federal, state, and local levels, and many have abused the generosity of the American people."

"The United States' public safety and national security depend heavily on the enforcement of our country's immigration laws. The American people are entitled to a federal government that prioritizes their needs and recognizes its sacred duty to put Americans' safety, security, and financial and economic well-being first.
