P. DIDDY DENIED BAIL AFTER MORE DISCOVERIES WAS MADE DURING HIS HOUSE RAID

Sean "Diddy" Combs was charged with racketeering and sex trafficking; he was placed under arrest and denied bail. The 54-year-old rapper was taken into custody at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan, New York, on Monday, September 16, following his grand jury indictment. He entered a not-guilty plea to the charges of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or compulsion. It has now been made public what the authorities found during Combs' arrest, which occurred about six months after they raided his homes. The indictment was made public yesterday morning and stated that Combs was accused of using the "employees, resources, and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled" to "attempt to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice" in addition to abusing, threatening, and coercing women and others around him to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct. The indictment claims that "physical abuse by Combs" was "recurrent and widely known," citing the video of him and Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway. It also characterises the abuse towards "women and other individuals" as a combination of "verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual."

The indictment alleges Combs would organise 'Freak Offs' - forcing sex-trafficking victims to engage in group sex acts, 'distributing a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant', which he 'directed, masturbated during and often electronically recorded'. In addition, when authorities searched Combs' residences earlier this year, they discovered objects that appeared to be connected to the supposed "Freak Offs." It continues: "After Freak Offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use." As reported by Mail Online, US lawyer Damian Williams claimed that "hotel rooms" were "booked" and "stocked" with "supplies, including drugs, baby oil, personal lubricant, extra linens, and lighting." The indictment stated that during the March raids on Combs' residences in Miami and Los Angeles, authorities found drugs, three AR-15 rifles, lubricant, and more than a thousand baby oil bottles. Combs entered a not-guilty plea in a New York court later yesterday, with his attorneys pleading for his release to home detention on a $50 million bond. Nevertheless, he was denied bail and given a jail sentence after being labelled a "serious flight risk" who had the "money, manpower, and tools" to escape.
