THE FINGERS OF A GORILLA WITH VITILIGO ALMOST LOOKS LIKE PINK HUMAN FINGERS
In addition to their many human-like traits, gorillas are also known to have skin conditions. This is demonstrated by a photo from the Zoo Atlanta. Anaka is a Western Lowland Gorilla whose normally dark fingers are pink in pigmentation. Anaka's hand appears to be a human hand with vitiligo at first glance, but upon closer inspection, you can see that it is actually the hand of a stunning gorilla.
The finer details of Anaka's hand are emphasised in the photo. Her short nails and the creases in her fingers are visible from it. According to Zoo Atlanta, "You can always pick her out of Taz's family group because of the unique pink pigmentation on her fingers."
Anaka has a personality that is comparable to that of humans even though she is a gorilla. She "often barks at her mom and others for food and juice," according to the Zoo Atlanta. In addition, she is seen riding her siblings' backs.
