2018 VICTORIA SECRET FASHION SHOW HIGHLIGHTS

The most-watched fashion event of the year took place over the weekend and as usual, we were not disappointed.

The spectacular event cost around $12 million to put together while most catwalk shows cost an estimated $1 million. The show took place in New York at Pier 94 on November 8th and will be broadcast on TV and online on December 2nd.

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2018 models included Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, runway regulars Cindy Bruna, Devon Windsor, Leomie Anderson and Shanina Shaik. German model Toni Garrn returned to the show after a five-year absence, while Maia Cotton, Sofie Rovenstine, Iesha Hodges, Winnie Harlow and Duckie Thot made their Victoria's Secret debuts. Kelsey Merritt made history as the first Filipino woman to walk the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. We sadly bid a farewell to Adriana Lima who has now retired from the runway.

This year's Victoria Secret Fashion show hosted more musical guests than ever, artists such as Halsey, Kelsea Ballerini, Rita Ora, Bebe Rexha, The Chainsmokers, The Struts and Shawn Mendes performed on the runway alongside the models.

Each year only one model is chosen to wear the infamous Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra which was created with 100% Swarovski Created Diamonds and allegedly responsibly sourced topaz valued at $1 million. Vogue gushed on the details regarding the 2018 'Dream Angels Fantasy Bra' and body chain. It is made with over 2,100 Swarovski Created Diamonds in a sterling silver Dream Angels bra silhouette. The set took over 930 hours to create and has over 71 carats, what's most shocking is this isn't even the most expensive fantasy bra worn on the runway.
