ADAM SANDLER MEETS IHOP WAITRESS WHO DIDN’T RECOGNISE HIM

After admitting that she didn't recognise Adam Sandler when he visited the IHOP she was working at went viral, Dayanna Rodan got to meet the actor in person.

But wait, there's a massive gap between telling him that he'd have to wait 30 minutes for a table and the two of them meeting.

Sandler made a joke after the Dayanna's video went viral and tweeted "For the record, I only left the IHOP because the nice woman told me the all-you-can-eat-deal didn't apply to the milkshakes".

That's when IHOP decided to make amends, and hosted an all-you-can-eat milkshake day in the actor's honour.

While he was credited for not throwing the "do you know who I am" card when he got told to wait like the other people in line, Sandler was nice enough to show his support for the IHOP milkshake event as well. The famous actor showed up at the event and got to meet Dayanna in person.

The restaurant chain donated the proceeds from the all-you-can-eat milkshake day to one of Sandler's favourite charities.
