EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY – NEW YORK EDITION

Will Stephan and Justin Hall from LadBible recently drew up cartoons depicting New York City with an expectation versus reality skit and it might just ruin your hopes and dreams of your desire to live in the Big Apple.

New York is a picturesque city (so it seems in movies), with snowy winters and blooming hot summers, however, maybe we should take the advice from working class people actually living there? Sure, Central Park is a huge tourist destination and, back in 1994, when the hit series F.R.I.E.N.D.S debuted Central Perk, it put NY on the map for the place to be.

But, is it all what it is made out to be? Probably only for those who can afford to buy a penthouse worth around $73million on Fifth Avenue.
