NOW BAKER USES PAST ARCHITECT SKILLS TO CREATE BOLD CAKES INSPIRED BY ART AND MATH

After getting her degree in architecture and following a career as an architect, Dinara Kasko is now using her skills she acquired while working as an architect to create unique desserts combine experimental sculpture with precise methods of construction.

The pastry chef continues to create artistic cakes rooted in mathematics after huge success of her geometric treats.

Kasko is able to design and fabricate cakes aesthetically reminiscent of 3D graphs, geometric models, and avant-garde sculptures by using her algorithmic tools and complex diagramming techniques.

With her amazing skill she has created a diverse collection of architectural designed cakes. In order to perfect her craft Kasko teams up with an eclectic range of professionals. These professionals includes mathematicians, scientists, and sculptors.

Even with her different ideas, inspiration or collaboration, o different cakes and treats, all of Kasko's creations does have one thing in common which is her desire to “make something interesting and fresh.” Which in the world of treats and desserts, it definitely are.

Kasko fascinating processes she uses to create her masterpieces are entirely original. The cakes themselves are composed of relatively conventional ingredients and most of them will feature a spongecake base with a fruit or chocolate filling.

Her amazing unique designs of her math cakes may appear to be experimental creations, but rest assure, they are just as delightful and tasteful as the desserts you know and love.
