THAT TIME ELON MUSK WAS ON BIG BANG THEORY

That time when Elon Musk made an appearance on the famous TV show, The Big Bang Theory, way back in the ninth season.

The Big Bang Theory TV series has been going for nearly 13 years since its pilot episode in September 2007, and has been an international success ever since.

Because of its scientific theme, there have been many famous people appear as guest stars on the show, both scientific and not. Some of those folks include Stephen Hawking, Steve Wozniak, Charlie Sheen, Howie Mandel, Bill Nye, Neil deGrasse Tyson and quite a few others, with most of them playing themselves.

On season 9 episode 9 of The Big Bang Theory, we saw yet another celebrity making an appearance on the famous show, this time it was Elon Musk, CEO and chief engineer of SpaceX and Tesla. He plays himself in the episode, with the most famous scene being between him and Howard, washing dishes and sharing a piece of pumpkin pie. Musk tells Howard he's always looking for engineers and, of course, Howard was in awe of meeting one of his scientific hero's!
