Police raided Jarvis Chimenes Pavao’s cell in Paraguay after learning he was planning to escape by blowing up a wall with explosives. The astonishingly comfortable cell has a conference hall, air conditioning, a plasma TV screen and even a library is now going to be destroyed. Pavao may face extradition back to Brazil where he will face a 17 year sentence.
