Cocktails are often a bizarre mix of different types of alcohol and sometimes they have the most bizarre names to match.

If you think sex on the beach was weird, well, you ain't seen nothing yet! Here are a list of 6 cocktails with the weirdest names and their recipes of course!

Drunken Sailor:

This rum and gin cocktail topped with ginger ale and lime juice will take your mind off of mutiny, storms, and sea sickness!

Dances with wenches:

This cocktail is pretty simple and, light and bright with a combination of Blackbeard’s spiced rum and cranberry juice, making it bright pink!

A short trip to hell:

The name is pretty fitting for the cocktail as it starts off fruity and has a pretty dark ending. The cocktail starts off with peach, strawberry, and wild berry Schnapps the drink is finished with a can of Red Bull and a shot of Jagermeister. You’ve been warned.

Voodoo:

This is the perfect fruity beach cocktail combining the tastes of mint, mango vodka, and mango nectar. The cocktail requires you to Muddle lime wedges and fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add mango vodka and mango nectar. Shake vigorously, and strain into ice-filled glasses. Topped with club soda.

The Drunken Elf:

Nothing says holidays like getting drunk in front of a Christmas tree (It's a little early but practice makes perfect!). This festive drink involves Bacardi Golden Rum Pink Lemonade Serve with a candy cane hanging off the rim of a tall slender glass.

Hop, skip, and go naked:

This one requires a little more effort although if you wanted to just throw some cheap vodka, beer and lemon/lime soda in a glass, it could do the trick. But, if you want to go all you have to start by making the Lemon Lime Simple Syrup by combining sugar, water, lemon zest, and lime zest in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.

Stir until the sugar has dissolved into the water. Bring the mixture to a boil, let bubble for 1 minute, then take the saucepan off the heat. Cover and let infuse for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean jar, and store in the refrigerator.

To start with the magic of the cocktail, add citrus vodka, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice. Stir until well combined and chilled. Add IPA beer and gently stir just to combine.

Taste a bit of the cocktail for balance. If it is too bitter, add more simple syrup. If it is too sweet, add more grapefruit juice.
