VIDEO: COUPLES TRY THE FURNITURE CHALLENGE

There's nothing like a little bit of teamwork to see the true colours of a relationship. After all, a relationship is a partnership, and you need to know that you and your partner can work well together in every obstacle that comes your way.

To add a little bit of tension to that theory, these couples try the furniture challenge to test how well they can work together under pressure – great teamwork or relationship disaster?

The furniture challenge goes like this: a couple is given the pieces of what could be a piece of furniture and they must build it together. Seems pretty simple right?

Wrong. All they get is a picture of what the piece of furniture must look like in the end, the LAST page of the instruction manual, and a couple of random wooden pieces they need to put together. They also only get 30 minutes to get the job done.

To complete the challenge successfully, couples need to work together as a team. They need to identify each other's strengths and weaknesses. 

But pressure like that can point out the flaws you don't want to see in your partner!
