A group of comedians are given one topic and they have to compete against each other to come up with the funniest one-liner's based on the topic. The topics can range from commenting on photo's to unlikely lines to hear in films.

It can get pretty savage with lines from a cosmetic commercial being "Do you want tighter, smoother skin? Why not try getting fat" or even James Bond asking for a Jager bomb! This particular round involves thing you wouldn't want to hear during a medical exam. I mean, we know some doctors who struggle with their bedside manner but this is just ridiculous!
