VIDEO: NATIONAL SIBLING DAY – REMINDING YOU HOW SPECIAL THEY ARE!
There is no doubt that siblings aren't always the best of friends. They can be annoying and they steal your stuff out your room, but you will still love them no matter what. In honour of national sibling day, we have provided the best sibling fails to prove just how unique a sibling relationship can be. Siblings Day is celebrated every year on April 10, to honour the relationships between brothers and sisters.
It began in America in 1998 and has now become an international event, spreading across the world. The event was inspired by New Yorker, Claudia Evart, who created the charity, Siblings Day Foundation. She set up the organisation after losing both of her siblings in early life, April 10 is the birthday of her late sister Lisette. Claudia says it is important to honour siblings as they are blood relations, who often look alike and enjoy feelings of closeness.
We hope that this reminds you of how special it is to have a brother or sister and how important it is to show them a little love now and again.
