Its January and that means it's the month of New years resolutions. Gyms are packed, bars are empty and cigarette companies are panicking as their sales have plummeted. Then it slowly starts to normalise and the world goes back to its natural order. Gyms become empty and bars become full. Basically, keep your resolutions simple and realistic.
Changing a behaviour or habit is no easy feat, but the most common resolutions involve losing weight, exercising and eating healthier food. Some aspire to go on more adventures and others want to save money. 23% of people actually forget about their resolution all together while 35% admitted that they had been unrealistic.
