VIDEO: PUPPY PILATES IS THE NEW SPORT THATS TAKING OVER THE WORLD!

Puppy Pilates and yoga is taking the world by storm. It gives people the best of exercise with the cutest faces ever! I mean so many endorphines in the space of an hour which means that no one leaves the class without a smile on their faces. 

It all started in Asheville, North Carolina where the local animal welfare centre teamed up with pilates instructor, Alexis Miller, to raise money for the shelter, clients could even adopt a pup for free through the pilates studio! The class costs $10 per session and all proceeds go to the shelter. The trend started with only two puppy-sessions which were sold out within one day! Alexis plans to collaborate with the shelter to hold puppy pilates classes on a regular basis now.

We think this should be happening EVERYWHERE! I mean nothing beats a good workout with some intermittent puppy kisses.
