VIDEO: THE ART OF FISH AND RICE
Sushi is damn difficult to make and normally ends up in a clump of sticky rice and some badly cut raw fish. Aside from looking like it has already been eaten and spat back out, it normally just ends up in frustration while just eating lumps of rice and fish.
Making good sushi truly is an art but this restaurant takes it to the next level! Yuzu Sushi uses colorful mayonnaise to make patterns and pictures on the plate that customers can dip their food into. This Chicago based sushi restaurant is far from conventional and even has creative names for their dishes such as "thug life" which is aptly paired with an appropriate mayonnaise picture.
The food almost looks too good to eat and it gives "food with a face" a more pleasant meaning! Would you eat this sushi?
