VIDEO: THE MAGIC OF SHOWER THOUGHTS... AND BEING NAKED!

The bathroom is the sacred place of alone time. It's one of the few places you can truly be alone with your thoughts, going through your to-do list for the day, stressing out about what you have to do or literally just switching your brain off.

Even though you may not be actively thinking about something, thoughts still cross your mind. These thoughts may not even make sense, or they may even make so much sense that it opens a never ending spiral to other questions that we may never be able to answer!

These are known as "shower thoughts", the weirdest, most brilliant and hilarious questions that somehow make sense (in between the amazing shower singing of course!). Maybe it's the fact we are allowed to truly switch off which makes our brain juices flow... or maybe it's just the power of being naked! Just don't try it at work.
