1. Take a week off from work. Go to the store to get some ice-cream and whiskey. Download all the Nicholas Sparks hopeless romantic movies. Spend the entire time crying. Phone all your friends to cry to. Cry because no one wants to come be depressed with you. Print out a picture of your ex to throw darts at. 

That kind of stuff.
