CHRIS PRATT AND KATHERINE SCHWARZENEGGER WELCOME BABY GIRL
Jurassic Park actor Chris Pratt and his 30-year-old wife author and lifestyle blogger, Katherine Schwarzenegger have welcomed a baby girl into the world.
The couple, who were married in June 2019, announced the birth of their daughter Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt on Tuesday with an Instagram post and a photo capturing the proud parents and their newborn holding hands.
The caption stated: “We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt. We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed. Love Katherine and Chris.”
Katherine is the daughter of actor and politician Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver.
The 41-year-old Pratt was formerly married to fellow actor Anna Farris and they have a 7-year-old son named Jack.
Fellow celebrities were quick to wish the new parents well and congratulate them. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea Handler commented on the post itself.
Handler’s post read: “Congratulations, babycakes! You have made your mama a grandmother! You did it!”.
So far, the birth announcement has been liked more than 2,2 million times by fellow Instagrammers.
