Daniele Barresi is an award-winning carving designer. Born and raised in Italy and he now lives in Sydney Austrailia. Baressi has become world-renowned for his extraordinary artistic carving abilities involving a range of different mediums such as cheese, avocado, watermelons and soaps.
The artist does commissions for special events and also teaches sculpting in Sydney; showing students how to carve designs into various mediums as well as how to work with various sculpting tools like knives, melon ballers and more.
