SINGER LIAM PAYNE TRAGICALLY FALLS TO HIS DEATH AT THE AGE OF 31-YEARS-OLD

The One Direction star Liam Payne died after apparently falling from his third-floor hotel room balcony. At approximately five o'clock in the evening on October 16, police were called to the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The hotel manager reported to the authorities that a man had fallen from his room's balcony. It was later confirmed that the man was 31-year-old Payne, who gained notoriety on The X-Factor for his work with the band One Direction.

In a statement, the police said that they were called in response to complaints about an "aggressive man who could be under the effects of drugs and alcohol."

A hotel employee is heard telling police that when the man "is conscious he is destroying the room" the staff feared for the guest's own life and that authorities should "send someone" to help in an audio clip from the Buenos Aires security ministry that Reuters was able to obtain.

In a statement that was also released, the state emergency medical system chief added more information. "At 17.04 through the 911 integrated public safety system, we were alerted of a person who was in an internal courtyard of the management of a south house hotel," stated Alberto Crescenti on Argentina's Todo Noticias TV channel. "A SAME team verified the man's death at 17:11, and we later learned that he was a singer in a musical group.

"We had to confirm his death as there was no chance of resuscitation due to his unfortunate injuries from his fall."

Since then, tributes on social media have been flooding in. "Like it's not just about losing Liam Payne; it's about losing one direction as well. Nothing will ever be the same again," a Twitter user wrote. "It seems surreal... Our lives revolved around One Direction, so hearing this news about Liam really gets to us. "May Liam rest in peace," said another. "To the friends and family of Liam Payne, we send you our deepest condolences for his loss. He will surely be missed," said a third commenter.

The fourth one was resolved: "Liam Payne's journey has been nothing short of incredible—from trying out for X-Factor to joining one of the biggest boy bands in the world. I'm grateful for the memories and music.
