Little Pavlova immediately climbed into a family’s heart once they noticed she was a stray. The sweet cat was incredibly timid and wouldn’t let anyone get too close to her, so the family decided to still take care of her from afar as they only wanted the best for her.
Tracy Deamer, an animal welfare officer with the RSPCA, said in a press release that, “A family had been feeding Pavlova for a few months and even made her a wooden box shelter to sleep in when it turned cold over Christmas. They grew concerned for her welfare and she came into our care at the end of January.”
Once Pavlova finally arrived at the RSPCA’s Middlesex North West & South Hertfordshire branch, the first thing that immediately stood out was her incredible moustache. Despite being a gorgeous female kitten, Pavlova is even more unique with her black markings on her white face which is perfectly shaped as a moustache.
“Pavlova is very striking and has the most beautiful black and white coat, with gorgeous markings and the most incredible mouse-tache and goat-ee. We hope her beautiful face will help her bag a wonderful fur-ever home!”
Even though Pavlova has a beautiful unique moustache which definitely draws a lot of attention, this little kitty is still shy. Pavlova will need a family who is willing to be very patient with her as she warms up to her new life.
“She was very timid when she arrived and it’s taking her some time to get used to us and the cattery. She is a really beautiful cat but does need a specific home with owners who have taken care of frightened cats before.”
Pavlova’s rescuers are hoping that the perfect and loving family will fall in love with Pavlova and her wonderfully unique moustache as much as they did.
