This 25-year old Argentine fantasy fan Luis Padron describes himself as a 'plastic-elf'. He showed off his ongoing transformation to become a complete elf in Los Angeles. 

He has spent an estimated $30,000 on plastic surgery to undergo this transformation, from full body hair removal, skin bleaching to eye colouring. He wants to look like an actual elf. Hear more in the video here!
