DOLLY PARTON GETS A DOSE OF HER OWN MEDICINE

Dolly Parton has gone above and beyond to do what she can to further the development of a COVID-19 vaccine… even working more than her usual 9 to 5.

The country-singing legend donated $1 million to assist with the development and distribution of one of the vaccines, and recently got a dose of her own medicine when she got the vaccine.

In truly Dolly fashion, she even changed the lyrics of her song Jolene to Vaccine, with the hope that the song will encourage people to go and get the shot. Yes, that song is now going to be stuck in your head, sorry.

The queen of country is urging other seniors to get the vaccine as well. To be honest, we knew Dolly wasn’t a spring chicken anymore, but we were shocked to find out that she’s 75 already.

Other senior celebs like Jane Fonda and Arnold Schwarzenegger have also posted videos and photos of themselves getting the vaccine recently.

Dolly’s parting words? “To all the cowards out there, don’t be such a chicken squat, just go and get the shot.”

Well, if Dolly Parton can’t convince you then we suppose nobody will be able to.

“Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vacciiiiiiine!”
