Some of us might get mad when our food takes a bit longer than we wanted it to. However, we forget the stressful and fast-paced environment all restaurant employees have to work in, especially when it gets busy. Jack Croft, chef and owner of the famed Fallow restaurant in London's St James's, wore a GoPro camera during lunch on Friday.
In doing so, Croft provided 4K POV footage of what the work entailed and how fast it actually went.
