HILARIOUS YEARBOOK QUOTES

It’s your final year in high school and you know absolutely everything there is to know about life. Don’t even try a snarky fashion comment because you know what looks good and you’re not afraid to prove it with a photo.

Yearbook quotes and photos have long been an embarrassment to most people much later in their lives. Looking back on what you thought was awesome at the time is often worth laughing about.

Adriana Minadi is a YouTuber who compiled a video with hilarious yearbook quotes and we loved them all.

With the academic year done and dusted, we took some time out to reflect on what has been said over the years… and laughed out loud.

From a (presumably) Nigerian with a tongue in cheek quote "I’m that Nigerian prince that keeps emailing you" to Michelle Ho confessing that she’s "been a Ho all her life".

Self-love is important for a good self-esteem, especially if you feel like telling everyone just how much you love yourself. Like Garret Syke who said, "I get butterflies when I think of myself". Well, good on you, Garret.

What would a school year be without the kids that just couldn’t care less about what anyone thinks of them? Like Connor: "I don’t know, you can just put some quote in for me", and anonymous with his quote "Cheaters never win, but I just graduated". It might be better to stay anonymous.

Our absolute favourite quote is by Delilah Jacobs: "No, I don’t know what it’s like in New York City." Obviously poor Delilah got the worst share of jokes about her name and the famous Plain White T’s song. Thanks D, now that song is stuck in our heads!

Watch the video below for more hilarious yearbook quotes that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
