Feeling a bit spontaneous, YouTuber Elle Mills decided to let her good friend design her first tattoo – but she didn’t approve the design before it was permanently marked on her skin.

After enduring the sting of the tattooing process, Elle eagerly looks down at her ankle and sees that what was supposed to be a sensible tattoo was instead a love heart with her friend’s Twitter and Instagram handle ‘@tavianpalacios’ inked across the centre in a banner.
