Typing in numbers and saving contacts requires concentration and quick slight-of-hand skills, which can sometimes fail us, leading to an embarrassing situation of texting or calling the wrong number.
That anxious feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realise what you have done is undeniable. But these people at least got a laugh out of it! Like this one guy who's business phone was connected to the wrong business!
"My dad has a tool sharpening business but his business phone number is one number off of the Woman's Health/Breast Clinic at the hospital.
He has received so many calls for appointments for mammograms. He finally told one lady that his wife won't let him do mammograms so she should probably call the hospital number instead."
And how about this poor guy who was just trying to buy the car:
"Me: Hey mate my name is Mario, just wanted to know when I could come look at the car you have for sale?
Car guy: I should be available after 6 tomorrow
Car guy: Good night beautiful. Can't wait to see you again. I miss you heaps!
Me: Look, man, I just want the car, no offence or anything."
Hey, at least he was honest...
