The world is still trying to recover from the tragic news of Linkin Park's Chester Bennington's death by suicide. Although Bennington has been pretty open about the demons that he faced on the stage, it can be difficult to understand exactly what drives someone over the limit.

In Bennington's case, his struggle did not only begin in adulthood. The truth is, Bennington had experienced abuse, depression and battles against himself since childhood. 

And he had mentioned to the public that suicide has crossed his mind before – I suppose none of us wanted to believe it, because we couldn't understand it.

In this video, we try to understand. We are exposed to the untold truths of Chester Bennington and are told about his struggles from being a young child.

This includes abuse, his parents' divorce, many struggles with substance abuse and many more battles he had to endure.

Perhaps this video can provide some closure to fans of Linkin Park and Chester Bennington who are still heart broken over his suicidal death this year.
