This is Arthur. Arthur educates his audience about traffic in Britain. I mean, its rainy, cold and there is nothing to do, but he definitely entertains us.

If you have a bit of secret road rage, this guy is your spirit animal. His insults are exceptionally creative and can make even the most rebellious reprobate blush. I can't help but think that his British accent makes it just a little funnier.

With this much traffic, even I would get road rage. And, probably die of an aneurysm.
