When you sign up for Tinder, or any online dating site actually, picking our your profile picture is way more complicated than you would think. This is a place where people are literally judging a book by its over, judging your entire personality by your face, and you only have one picture to do the trick.
Most people want to place a picture they look the best in, right? But that's not all you need to factor in. You need to use one photo to portray who you are – or at least who you want people to think you are.
Because if your profile picture is a selfie, it kind of looks like you have no friends...
So, want them to think you're adventurous? Post a picture of you "about" to do something like skydiving (even though you're petrified of heights, not going to do it and are actually not adventurous at all).
It's a very tricky decision to make...
