100 GRAFFITI ARTISTS PAINT ENTIRE SCHOOL BEFORE RENOVATIONS
In three weeks, 100 artists were given the right to freely rent a dormitory in Paris and make canvases. As part of the Rehab 2 festival, graffiti his artist was invited to paint the interior of the student dormitory of the Cité International University in Paris.
The space was then opened to the public for a month before undergoing renovations that obliterated the artwork. It's not uncommon for graffiti artists to use abandoned spaces to unleash their creativity. The festival is a natural progression for visitors to experience this kind of art.
Although the hostel will soon be gone, photographers have documented the space and created a lasting visual record. Jonk Photography has uploaded a huge selection of images that allow us to experience the space even if you can't come to Paris.
