Swimming in the sea with no one around? Fear not! The impromptu lifeguard is here in his very small red costume and obnoxious megaphone to keep danger at bay. Everyone knows the beach has a set of rules printed on a washed-out board on the sidewalk. But who needs a board when you can have an overweight man swearing at you everytime you do something wrong in a way that is only slightly offensive?

His painfully high pitched singing voice, terrible impressions and catchphrases make this lifeguard unique. His athletic prowess and ability to keep order make him indispensable, even when people give him funny looks which he won't let throw him off. His adventures aren't even limited to the beaches of LA, he even went abroad to the beaches of Thailand in another episode to teach his lifeguarding skills on a universal level!
