Remember when your parents told you that if you watched too much TV your eyes would turn into squares? And you believed them and never argued over the TV ever again.

It's funny now that we look back and think about all the little white lies our parents told us to get us to do things and it's even funnier to think about how well it actually worked!

Most of the white lies actually terrified us into doing things and when we actually found out the truth behind everything, we were not impressed. Maybe we even believed a couple of the lies a little longer than we would like to admit but, I mean, who is to blame here?

Maybe some of us were more gullible than others but these outrageous lies are just hilarious!
