We have all probably texted “K” to someone before, and even though we know it could mean “okay”, it is mostly used when you are mad as hell and wanted to clearly show it. 

But for those of you who didn’t know Instagram account HipDict can help you with that and many other everyday words. HipDict shares the hilarious real meanings of  “K” and other everyday words. But what makes their series of definitions even more creative is that all the hilarious “definitions” are all user submitted. Anyone can add to the highly relatable crowdsourced collection.

Once the definition is submitted and accepted, the word and/or phrase is posted to Instagram in the layout style of a real dictionary definition. 

Now with over 2.5 million followers, more and more hilarious honest and funny interpretations of words are displayed. 

In one of the posts Instagram is defined as “Like a fridge, you keep opening and closing it every few minutes to see if there's anything good when you get bored.” In another, “FaceTime” is defined as “I spend most of the time looking at myself in that little window instead of looking at you.”
