Firstly, they're the people that serve us that well-deserved glass (or bottle) of wine after a long, soul-sucking day of work.

They're also the people that help us make bad decisions when we're out for a fun night with friends.

But most importantly, bartenders actually pretend to give a shit about our drunken mumbles and the conversations we involve them in.
