The struggle of junk food is just too real. I mean, its every girl's dream to eat whatever they want and not get fat but, sadly, that's just not a reality.
Any excuse to eat junk is good enough and we always try to find ways around it. Whether it be some gross cauliflower substitute for a pizza base or just madly exercising, we will try it all!
Liza (again) sums it up perfectly. I don't know about you but we are definitely those people that have to eat it just because it's there. We really don't get people who can actually save junk food and eat it slowly.
It probably doesn't help that we eat when we're hungry, bored or, well, see food. I guess see food is healthy right?
