VIDEO: TECHNOLOGY THAT MAKES US LOOK CRAZY!

Technology has advanced rapidly and continues to do so at an alarming rate. Some inventions make life easier, others, like Skype, connect us to people all over the world allowing families to be together even when they live hours apart. Other inventions are more concerning as they will eventually replace people altogether, raising the threat of unemployment.

Some technology advancement though, specifically in toilets, is seemingly useless and – quite literally – a testament to how lazy humans have become. Lights are motion sensored, taps have sensors and if you are so inclined, a little water up the ol' back pipe will take away the need to even use toilet paper... gross.

In this hilarious skit, Michael McIntyre explains how technology can actually be more annoying than useful. If the lights go off while we are on the loo? We end up flapping around like idiots. And, let's not forget the practice of Thai–Chi just to wash our hands!
