COSPLAYER HILARIOUSLY CREATES LOW BUDGET COSTUMES OF CHARACTERS
Cosplay is a way for the person to express themselves and also to pay homage to the character that inspired the costume. However, costumes can get expensive especially when it comes to detail, just look Heidi Klum as a worm. But luckily for those working on a budget, Anucha Saengchart, aka Lonelyman, has done some of his own cosplay, but in a much more bank friendly way. He’s spent years transforming into hilariously low-budget versions of characters from pop culture. Each costume is created by using basic materials, and even your rent free residents and then lastly some clever camera angle tricks like forced perspective.
Although the concept of his Low Cost Cosplay is a straightforward one, Saengchart continues to innovate on what he's already doing. Some of his more recent costumes include intricate drawings on his thumb, leg, and other parts of himself to embody who or what he’s imitating.
By sketching some of the details enables him to become more characters. In one cosplay, he transforms his hand and arm into Chihiro Ogino from Spirited Away while the rest of him dresses as a pig who, too, appeared in the film.
