Since sweet pup Roger was only a puppy, he has made it his life mission to stay cozy and seek out every comfortable and warm spot there possibly are. Roger’s mom, Autumn Nelson explained that her sweet pup absolutely adores snuggles. “He really enjoys climbing up and putting a paw on each of our shoulders to give what we call ‘face hugs.’ He loves playing with and snuggling our cats too.”
Roger’s favourite activity has always been to make holes and tunnel and seeking for similar places to crawl into. Recently, while seeking for a cozy snuggling place, he found his favourite place to burrow. Lately he has been finding a cozy spot in the sleeves of his mom’s sweaters. Even though his new spot turned out to be a bit inconvenient, he still doesn’t seem to mind enough to find a new cozy spot.
“He did it for the first time a few weeks ago… I had heard him whining upstairs when I called him to go outside and I found him stuck in my sweater. I of course laughed forever and decided I had to document it before getting him out! He just stared at me and had a mix of embarrassment and shame.”
Adorable Roger looked hilarious as he was squeezed inside his mom’s sweater. He almost looked like a cute doggo burrito, if not the cutest. And off course, after getting stuck Roger didn’t find it quite as funny. But it did look like he was more than cozy. And as expected after after you have failed, Roger’s mom hoped he had learned his lesson after getting stuck. However, instead it became his favourite thing to do.
“Every time I have found him it was because he finally decided to get out, but couldn't, so he'd whine. I’d go in my room to find him in yet again another sweater.”
In the first seven years since sweet Roger joined his family, he has never done that before. And his family is still scratching their heads trying to figure out why he has suddenly become fascinated with it. In some of his other burrow adventures he has never found himself as stuck as in the sweater sleeves. It must the fact that they are irresistibly cozy.

“He has always burrowed in baskets of clothes and into blankets. He somehow wraps himself into them like a burrito but he's never done the sweater thing until the other week. Now we have to hide our laundry basket in the closet.”

Now that summer has come to the side where Roger and his family lives, all sweaters are packed away. Hopefully, sweet Roger won’t find himself stuck so much anymore and will probably find other places to burrow. However one thing is for sure, Roger will always seek out the most cozy places.
