No one can deny that they like to look good. When a person looks good, they feel more confident about themselves as well. It boosts self-esteem and just makes your day better. However, looking good is more important for some than others, and they are willing to spend copious amounts of money to change things about themselves to reach what they consider this to be.

This man is no different – other than the fact that "looking good" to him means looking like an alien. We aren't talking some funny coloured clothes and makeup. No, we're talking full on surgery to look like an alien. Vinny Ohh literally spent $50 000 by the age of 22, on surgery to change himself into a genderless alien with a gaunt, thin face and black contact lenses to match. He has had a total of 110 surgeries including nipple removal, belly button removal, genital removal, eyelid revision, cheek and jaw implants and a nose job. He has been using lip fillers for the last 5 years and claims that this has been his dream since the age of 17.

His unusual look attracts a lot of attention in public and usually sports brightly coloured hair, no eyebrows and yellow, green or blue make up. He feels that he is an inspiration for those people who don't feel as if they fit into society and aims to live by the mantra of not being labelled. He has now signed with the "Plastics of Hollywood" to star in their TV show in which he will be housed with a group of plastic surgery addicts and will attempt to show people that gender roles in society don't matter.
