I don't know how, I don't know why and I don't know when... But somewhere along the line, the world came up with an unspoken agreement that guys have to ask the girl out – not the other way around.

But... WHY??

Who does that actually benefit? The girls end up waiting around for a guy to grow a pair, and the guys live in a constant state of pressure and fear of rejection. It's literally a lose/lose situation.

And yet if you're a girl, the idea of asking a guy out seems like blasphemy to the universe. 

But it's not! Girls should totally change the entire dating process by going for what they want – why not?

Worst case scenario – he says no. Yes, rejection hurts. But if you didn't make a move, you may not have gotten to go out with him anyway!

Putting yourself out there is difficult, and putting your heart on your sleeve is a big leap... But going for what you want? Ladies, it's the only way you'll get what you need!
