JOHN CENA BREAKS RECORD FOR MOST MAKE A WISH WISHES GRANTED
John Cena is a hero to many children not only for his skills in the ring, but also his kind-hearted gestures and willingness to help. Despite his wrestling and acting career, it's the other side of his career that deserves the most praise. Working closely with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Cena fulfilled his 650th wish. He broke a Guinness World Record, but most importantly, put a smile on the faces of 650 families. Cena's make-a-wish history dates back to 2002, when he made his WWE debut for the first time. That year he fulfilled his first wish, and in 2015, very popular with his children, he fulfilled his 500th wish. "I can't say enough how wonderful it is to see the children so happy and their families so happy. I really want to show that today is their day," she said. After reaching the 500th wish milestone, he said. "I just throw everything away. I don't care what I do."
According to Guinness World Records, Cena is the most requested celebrity by Make-A-Wish kids. "In the 42-year history of Make-A-Wish, no one else has granted more than 400 wishes," the company says. In addition to taking pictures with the children, Cena also plays with them, poses them with championship belts, and even takes them to the wrestling ring. "If I can provide a great experience, I will be the first to contribute," Cena said.
