KATE MIDDLETON: MISTRESS OF ILLUSION OR SUPERWOMAN AFTER GIVING BIRTH?

While the world was excited about the birth of the new royal baby boy and relieved that everything went according to plan (the full story is available on newsfeeds24), there was just something that took a bit of attention off the baby that the world full of moms is still talking about.

Childbirth is an incredible miracle, making women the only people who can bless the world with tiny humans and love them even after the havoc it wreaks on the body. There is no doubt that giving birth and lasting the first couple months of motherhood is exhausting... so how the hell did Kate Middleton manage to look like a damn supermodel just 7 hours after giving birth? Pictures show her in a sleek red dress, waving at the crowds, elegantly walking away from the hospital in HEELS!

Look, most girls can't walk in heels on a good day but then Kate Middleton comes in and sets these ridiculously high standards – so we are just going to give up and consider her some other kind of living superwoman. Clearly the internet agrees because they are gobsmacked, some even started sharing comparison photos of what they looked like after birth, others even years later (which is still admirable) which will make you giggle.

The royal family has a team of people to help them along and probably had a full-on hair and makeup artist at the hospital but this is so far from the raw truth and these proud moms aren't afraid to show it! Some of them even took the chance to poke a bit of fun at themselves with one tweeting: "Seeing how fast Kate Middleton bounced back after giving birth makes me really motivated to get my baby weight off. Eight and a half years have flown by."

But if we happen to look as good as Kate Middleton after giving birth (or even just in general) we wouldn't mind... just saying.
